Announcing the launch of 30 Days of AI email series and premium Substack
Learning AI is crucial today, here’s I can get you there in 30 days.
I’m really excited to announce and launch my first premium Substack offering—30 Plus Days of AI—here along with a companion series of free emails (powered by Kit) for anyone who wants to learn more about and how to use AI day to day. In the free option, you’ll get 30 emails with real concrete advice, tips, and insight on AI that I’ve learned over the past two plus years of using tools like Descript, ChatGPT, Gemini, Gamma, and more. On the premium Substack you’ll get all that content plus a lot more.
Here’s how it works. Sign up for the 30 Days of AI email list on Kit for free. After the first 30 emails, I will send occasional updates and offers to the list, but new content and an archive of the emails will be exclusively on Substack.
For the premium option, I created 30 Plus Days of AI, where all the emails, plus exclusive additional content, will live. I have the first seven days of emails up the Substack already (timed to go out over the next several days) with the rest of the 23 emails in the works already.
Since an archive of 30 emails you can just get for free isn’t all that enticing, here’s what you get if you subscribe to the premium Substack:
- More content. I will be publishing more exclusive how-to content that will take you well beyond the first 30 days of emails.
- Live video events. I love doing hands-on workshops, so I’ll be holding subscriber-only hands on events you can join live (or watch on replay).
- Free downloads and prompts. I have a lot of prompts, guides, and downloads already created—with more to come—and I’ll be posting these for subscribers to enjoy.
- A 10% discount on my AI consulting services (training, assessment, enablement, development)
How much is the premium subscription? I want to make this really affordable for everyone so I’ve priced it at just $5/month or $55/year (so the cost of a latte). I have a “founding member” level as well for $125 where you get an hour of private, tailored AI training/consulting on top of all the other benefits.
I’m actually quite excited about the idea of doing live workshops and maybe adding a podcast to the mix, after I get the first 30 emails set and published, of course. Teaching live is a thrill for me and I’m hoping this will give me a chance to do it more.
I’ve written the 30 emails to build on each other, starting from the basics all the way down to vibe coding and running an LLM locally on your machine (if your machine can handle it). I’m approaching this email series like I approach teaching any technology—give people what they need to know when they need to know it in digestible chunks. Start with the basics, work up to more advanced topics, and keep everything jargon-free as much as possible (some terms can’t be avoided, but will be explained).

The nice thing about the email list, and one of the reasons I put it on Kit, is no matter when you join the email list you’ll always start at Day One. On Substack, depending on when you join, you may start seeing content long after I’ve posted the first 30 days of emails, but if you want to start with Day 1, you’ll have to go back and reread on Substack, which is a bit of a drag I think.
