A View from the Isle

Sitting at Wolf and Hound with other ex-pats, I am wondering if the hope and jubilation is misplaced.

Can one man make such a difference that he can upset the current balance of power?

Beyond the rhetoric that the speakers dole out like cookies, I think many in the States are ready for a change. Therefore the question really is-do we have the guts to vote for change.
